What is currently happening in the area?

Lynnwood is one of the most sought-after areas in Pretoria, housing the best schools in the city as well as the University of Pretoria. Easy access to the Gautrain and main routes enables homeowners to make their daily travels much easier. Besides all the shopping centres in Lynnwood, big shopping hubs like Menlyn and Brooklyn are also located within short driving distance. The local community policing forum is reputable and active in the area.

Recently, a variety of low-density projects were completed, which enabled the younger people to buy property close to their work and plan for the future, regarding schools etc. However, demand is still higher than availability.
