Wilderness Lifestyle Game Farm . Stunning Wilderness Farm located just 2 hours drive from Port Elizabeth adjacent to the Groendal Wilderness Reserve, there is no place like it in the eastern cape. Comprising 9 titles this piece of Africa is a hidden wilderness gem. The northern section of the farm is a typical karoo thicket and valleys. The middle section is mountainous grassy fynbos. The southern section has the Kazunga River running through it with alluvial-rich soils and crystal-clear mountain water.

The farms derive their water from the Kazunga River with domestic and livestock extraction rights. The lodge gets in water from the spring behind the main lodge.

The 1000 square meter main lodge is tucked into the valley at the exit of a beautiful gorge affording total privacy. The lodge was meticulously built using natural rock sourced from the farm and boasts stately-sized spaces, double-volume ceilings, and 10 fireplaces.

The lodge has 4 main bedrooms, each equipped with its own sitting areas and ensuite bathrooms. The fifth guest bedroom is a twin room and is more cozy in size.

In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, meat processing room, billiards room, two large lounge areas, two dining rooms, and a sun nook for those cool spring mornings.

Outside there are two staff quarters and large farm garages and store rooms. The farm is 100% powered by solar and a generator. All water e=reticulation is also powered by solar pumps.

The farm roads are in excellent condition with little expense spared in their construction allowing easy traversing to all corners of the farm.

Located in the centre of the farm is a picturesque old cottage that is partially renovated and totally off-grid.
