This large home is in a prime position on Kingsway with lovely views from upstairs. The owners had a guesthouse in mind when they renovated this home. Instead it became a large home easily sub divisible into separate units.

There are two ways to look at it:

- For an investor seeking rental income from four units - the current configuration, which brings in around R45 000 / month

- A large family home with six bedrooms and six bathroom plus a 1 bed granny flat attached to the house and a 2 bed flat separate from the house.

The conversion back to this single format is as simple as removing a section of drywall that separates the two floors at the entrance hall.

The house is currently configured as four rental units:

- Two x 3 bed/3 bath units with very large open plan living areas that flow out to verandahs with views and their own built in braais. Each has a rental potential of over R16K-R20K/month.

- A 1 bed/1 bath unit with rental income around R6K/month and

- A 2 bed/1 bath unit with rental income potential around R7K/month

All units are self contained with their own entrances, DSTV, pre-paid meters, own water meters and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking to accommodate each unit

As a single home plus flatlet

- The two 3 bedroom units are very easily combined into a 6 bed / 6 bath mansion with two kitchens for the larger family.

- With a large 1 bed flat attached to the house and

- A separate 2 bed flat

All are well appointed with high quality floors and finishes.

Shared pool and braai (The lapa is not on plan and Seller will remove at Purchaser''s request).

Secure parking for everyone. JoJo tanks collect rainwater.

The house is on a prime stretch of Kingsway/Andrew Zondo Road near the Kingsway hospital and Galleria.

This unique investment property is a must view. Bring a serious offer.

Amanzimtoti is a coastal town just south of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. According to local legend, when the Zulu King, Shaka, led his army down the South Coast on a raid against the Pondos in 1828, he rested on the banks of a river. When drinking the water, he exclaimed Kanti amanzimtoti (isiZulu: So, the water is sweet). The river came to be known as Amanzimtoti (Sweet Waters). The Zulu word for sweet is actually mnandi, but, as Shakas mother had the name Nandi, he invented the word to replace mnandi out of respect not to wear out her name. Locals frequently refer to the town as Toti

The town is well known for its warm climate and numerous beaches, and is a popular tourist destination, particularly with surfers and the annual sardine run attracts many to the Beaches.
