The main bedroom is upstairs. A private, spacious and airy king suite, with balcony, dressing room, full ensuite bathroom with large bath, shower and a separate toilet, aircon and ceiling fan.

The other 3 bedrooms are all downstairs:

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, aircon and ceiling fan; the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and aircon, and the 4th bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan.

All bedrooms have built in cupboards.

The large office downstairs could also be converted into a 5th bedroom if required.

The downstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet, and there is an additional guest toilet downstairs, as well as an outside shower to rinse off after a day on the beach, or just to enjoy a shower under the stars.

The kitchen is fitted with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience.
