This lovely furnished Duet (Unit A) with a brilliant view over the bay of Mossel Bay and the Outeniqua Mountains (north facing) is located in Seemeeupark in the hart of Hartenbos.

It is only 5 minutes from the Langeberg Mall, the Hartenbos Primary School and Beach front. Doctors, dentists, chemist are nearby. The Mossel Bay hospital is only 10 minutes away.

The premises is located in a panhandle and secure entrance is provided through an electronic sliding gate. From the spacious driveway you have access to the house through the main entrance or the (single) garage. The garage has a prepaid electrical meter and a electronic roll-down door.

From the main entrance you take three steps down to the Open Plan area which includes a Lounge, Guest toilet, Dining area and Kitchen. The Kitchen has Marble tops, lots of cubboards and a stepin pantree. There is a gas stove and gas geyser. Arround the corner is the scullary, with space for a washing mashine, tumbledryer, diswasher and fridge.

You get access to the ensuite bedroom from the openplan area. From the lounge you find your way, through a sliding door, onto the patio which has a braai facility. The patio overlooks the lovely and well maintained garden, plunge pool and greenbelt against which the premises borders. In the discance you see the bay and the Outeniqua Mountains.

It excludes the electricity (pre-paid system) and municipal services (has to be paid on request from the Owner on a monthly basis). An one month deposit is required. A second (small) vehicle can be accommodated under the carport on the premises (it needs to be negotiated). The premises is NOT pet friendly, because the Owner who stays next door in Unit A has a dog on site.
