Down the stairs is the main living area, pool and terraced garden along with a guest bedroom and a bathroom.

The main bedroom and another 3 guest bedrooms are upstairs.

The living area downstairs is open-plan with a separate TV room and an enclosed braai and patio area.

Doors lead from the living area onto the covered patio with lovely views of the lagoon, sea and mountains.

The pool is a level below in the garden and is surrounded by a much-loved garden.

The kitchen is open-plan with a separate scullery.

The indoor dining table seats 6, another table on the covered patio seats 8. There is a built-in braai, a weber braai and a 2 plate gas-cooker.
